Each year, members of Virginians for the Arts meet with legislators in Richmond to discuss the importance of arts funding in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Our most recent Arts Advocacy Day was held January 23, 2025 at the Virginia Capitol! We hosted a morning meeting near the Capitol prior to gathering on The Hill. Attendees received an update on our advocacy efforts and were provided with talking points, and then met with legislators.
